As soon as you open the front door, you will be amazed at the spectacular oceanfront vista, rainbows, and radiant sunsets as you gaze at the channel between the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The rhythmic sound of gentle waves below make this a most tranquil retreat especially when drifting off to sleep. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee and meals on the lanai watching the waves, kite surfers, kayaks and boats sail by. Green sea turtles have made a permanent home along our shore and you will see them easily from the lanai or pool deck. During the winter and early spring, you will be delighted and enthralled by the whales breaching and frolicking at play during migration months in which you have a front row seat! Rainbows above the majestic west Maui mountains can frequently be enjoyed from the master bedroom sitting area.

Our condo is naturally cooled by exceptional cross-ventilation, perfectly positioned to capture both the island trade winds and refreshing ocean breezes. Sliding patio doors, a vented front door, and windows in the back bedroom allow fresh air to flow seamlessly throughout the space, keeping the entire unit comfortably cool year-round. Each room is also equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. Rather than relying on loud, bulky air-conditioning units, the condo is designed to let Maui’s natural elements do the work—creating a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere that guests consistently appreciate and often say makes air conditioning unnecessary.
